Salsa Beginners

Don't forget that my 6 week course starts on Monday in South Cave (see previous post for more details).

Also, there's been so much interest at Pocklington that I'm running two classes on the Thursday - one at 4pm and another at 5.30pm. At this venue there are showers available and also food and drink in the bar downstairs. Busy busy busy!!

There will be a 6 Week Beginner's course at 4pm til 5pm on Thursdays starting on 5th February at the KP Club. It's a lovely new venue and I'll be holding a social event there soon! Please spread the word!

Leeds Salsa Fest 2009

It's the 7th one this year on Fri 6th and Sat 7th March in a great new venue: ‘Alea’ 4 The Boulevard, Leeds LS10 1FZ. So get ready for a weekend of great salsa including 27 workshops, two party nights and dance demos. Teachers include:



The new venue lends itself to the event, situated in Leeds city centre next to the Royal Armouries, the precinct boasts modern cafes, restaurants, cinemas, designer shops, large car park and of course the Royal Armouries itself where you can spend your spare time viewing the history of Britain's military arms and conquests.

Friday begins with a Salsa party from 8pm until 3am including demos. Saturday Workshops begin at 9.45am until 6pm (27 workshops to choose from throughout the day, each workshop will be 1 hour long.) Workshops are followed by Salsa party from 8pm until 3am including demos. Sunday workshops are from 10am until 1pm. Depart 2pm

The great news is that if you book through me you can get the whole weekend including all workshops plus two evening parties for ONLY £65. Just email me if you want a ticket and I'll get one to you. I will be visiting classes at St Stephen's and the Hill Top Club to promote too.
