Humba Rumba

Thanks to everyone who came to The Humba Rumba Christmas Party. The feedback has been great so we're planning more in 2010! Big thanks go to CJ from London who led the boys through a fantastic footwork routine with his usual slick style and to Adam and Anna for a beautiful and classy Tango demo. New Year's Eve

My old friends of The Latin Quarter - Nicolai, Alan & Ces are planning a New Year's Eve Salsa Party in Leeds.

There'll be dancing from 9pm until 4am at 'Alea' The Boulevard, Clarence Dock, Leeds LS10 1LE

Cost: £12 in advance or £15 on the door.

Price inc free parking at multi storey car park adjoining the Alea. (take ticket with you to reception on departing and swap for free pass out of the car park)

How to find the Humba Rumba Party Venue

If you're coming from Welton Road then take a left at the traffic lights. If you're coming from the Village Hall go straight on at the lights. You will now be on Skillings Lane and need to look out for the hidden avenue on the left!

Look out for the new green shops in picture 1 on your left. The road sign for Prescott Avenue is only on one side as in picture 2. If you reach the Sainsburys Local and Medici's, you've passed it and need to turn around!

Cleethorpes and 'Salsa Sundays'

What a brilliant night on the other side of the water! Conjunto Salsonito played an excellent set and everyone had a great time. The feedback we've had has been amazing and Hot Sauce Promotions are over the moon! Let's hope we can do it again sometime.




This Sunday will be the last 'Salsa Sunday' of the year! Bring some drink and nibbles if you wish but make sure you come down for 6pm for the joint lesson (Salsa and Bachata). We'll then have more time for social dancing!
